One trick to email marketing is content. Yes, here we go again with another diatribe about content. But, it's true, so listen up. To get people to stay on your site or click through on an email you've got to give them reason and content is one. But here's the tough part for a lot of folks, it needs to be good stuff. That can mean it's emotional, funny, or insightful. What it can't be is dull, uninformative, or dry. And if writing isn't your game hire someone to do it for you. It's well worth the price of a copywriter to get those coveted clicks and to help you boost your brand.
